1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kisss918 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the kisss918.org website and all services offered on it.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 (maximum limit) → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

kisss918 reserves the right to change, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Where there is evidence of promotion abuse, kisss918 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all related winnings.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed at kisss918 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirming any wager.

• Technical errors: Should a technical disruption or system failure occur while a game is in progress, kisss918 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the wagered amount.
• Game results: The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), while sports results are based on actual outcomes reported by the relevant sporting body.
• Betting limits: Minimum and maximum limits for each game are set within the platform and may vary depending on the game type and the member's VIP level.
• VIP Programme: Active members will be automatically upgraded to higher VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, kisss918's system records will be used as the final reference. If a member remains unsatisfied, they may contact customer support for further investigation.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete.
